What are the office hours?

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Am I required to store long-term?

We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.

How do I pay my storage bill?

Pay your storage bill online using a debit, credit card or ACH. You can also speak to the facility manager about autopay.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Debit, ACH, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express

What items am I not allowed to store?

Perishables (food), plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, liquids or vehicles.

Do you require I carry insurance for the contents of my storage unit?

Yes, we require that you carry insurance on the contents of your storage unit and you have two options for this.

First Option: you can provide proof of insurance from your homeowners, renters, business or auto policy. We consider proof of insurance to be a document that has the following information:
  • Insurance Provider
  • Policy Number
  • Personal Property Coverage Limit
  • Policy Expiration Date
This document could be your declarations page or a certificate of insurance (COI) that you can request from your provider.

Second Option: you can sign up for our store insurance, which is provided through Bader Insurance. Policies start at $10 per month for $2,000 worth of coverage. Click the following link to view Bader's Insurance Brochure.

Do I need to provide my own lock?

No, a disc lock is included in your one-time setup fee.

When is my rent due?

Your rent is due on the 1st of every month.
  • If your rent is received after the 7th, it is considered late and you will be charged a $10 late fee
  • On the 10th day late, your unit will be overlocked and access will be denied
  • On the 14th day late, you will be charged an additional $5 late fee
  • On the 21st day late, you will be charged an additional $5 late fee

Will I receive a monthly invoice?

You will automatically receive a monthly invoice via email, along with your payment receipts. If you don't provide an email address, we will send you a paper invoice in the mail. The paper invoice comes with a $1 postage and paper fee.

What should I do if I forget my gate code?

You have two options, you can find it on your online account or call our office (419) 500-4905.

What kind of notice do you require to move-out?

We require that you provide a minimum of 10 days' notice when vacating your unit, along with a photo sent to use via email or text, of your unit swept clean. If we don't receive a minimum 10 day notice, there will be a $15 charge subtracted from your cleaning deposit. As a reminder we prorate your rent on move-in, but we don't prorate your rent on move-out.
